あずきの風味を引き出す毎日の仕込みに妥協なし。
渋み、雑味取り除いてあずき本来の優しい風味を引き出すために、日々自社での仕込みにこだわって。時間と手間のかかる｢晒し｣の工程も一切妥協せず、職人がひと手間ひと手間仕込んでいきます。店内から見渡せるガラス張りの工房は、その職人の仕事を1工程も隠すことなく安心して召し上がっていただくためのもの。
Hakataya’s homemade bean paste is prepared daily without
compromise to bring out the adzuki flavor and fragrance.
We take special care in our in-house preparation, to bring out the true gentle flavor and fragrance of adzuki beans, removing bitterness and roughage. No time is compromised in the careful soaking process as the craftsmen make every effort in preparation. Their work can be viewed from the glass-walled kitchen in our store so that you can be sure to enjoy the taste, knowing that not one step is neglected.
